Thank you and congratulations to everyone who took part in our 2011 American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Pacesetter Challenge. We're pleased to announce that this year more than 588 volunteers each raised more than $2,500 to become pacesetters in the fight against breast cancer.

We are pleased to announce that the winner of our grand prize Antigua Vacation Pacesetter Challenge is Barbara Cochran who volunteers at our Westchester County, NY event!

Also, congratulations to Sue D'Angelo from our Hudson Valley, NY event - she is the winner of our $500 Zappos Gift Card Challenge.

Meet Tim Russo from Queens, NY

When Tim was 15 years old, his mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, and the following year, his grandmother was diagnosed with a breast lymphoma. As he says, "when you're 15, you don't know too much about that; it turns your life upside down. The two most amazing women in my life were hit by this horrible disease." Two-and-a-half years ago, Tim stepped up to become a Team Leader in his own right for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.
