New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation (HHC) has a strong commitment to fighting cancer in the community through education, outreach and early detection screenings. HHC has 11 hospitals in the five boroughs of New York City and serve over 1.5 million patients. HHC has a long history of collaboration with the American Cancer Society on many different outreach programs including the Healthy Women Partnerships, which provide free mammograms to uninsured women. This is the third year HHC is participating as a Multi-site Flagship Sponsor of Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.
