3M Littmann® will be supporting the American Cancer Society by
increasing breast cancer awareness through the sale of a special
limited-edition stethoscope (Classic II SE). The American Cancer
Society receives $5 for every stethoscope sold.

AC Moore will partner with the American Cancer Society to sell ACS breast cancer awareness/MSABC scannables at checkout for one dollar, of which 100% of the proceeds will benefit ACS. Participating Ace Hardware stores will offer customers the opportunity to purchase a pink co-branded bucket for five dollars and receive twenty percent off all items that fit in the bucket. Ace Hardware will also offer one dollar pink ribbon scannables. A minimum of $2 per bucket and all proceeds from the pink ribbon card sales will be contributed to the American Cancer Society.

DS Waters is collaborating with ACS to help raise breast cancer
awareness through sales of bottled water. Athena will contribute a
total percentage of bottled water sales of all Athena-branded bottled
water products to benefit breast cancer education, awareness and
research. Athena has also agreed to support the American Cancer Society
by supplying an in-kind donation of bottled water to pre-determined
Making Strides Against Breast Cancer events across the country.

Back to topCascade has developed the “Pink Cart” to support the American Cancer
Society's mission to creating a world with less breast cancer and more
birthdays. For each Pink Cart sold directly to a consumer or hauler, $5
will benefit the American Cancer Society. Cascade will contribute $2.50
to ACS for each Pink Cart sold to a municipality and $1 for each
recycling bin sold. Cascade will sell the pink cart online at and pinkcart.com and through their own sales channels to haulers and municipalities.

This year, dealers support the campaign with event sponsorship, team
fundraising, Point of Sale and digital promotions. Nationally, there
will be a dynamic social media campaign to build awareness around the
program.
New this year is a consumer test drive offer. On
Saturday, October 6th, Chevrolet will donate $10 for every vehicle test
drive taken across the country up to a maximum contribution of
$130,000. To support this new component, Chevrolet will offer “Making
Strides” vehicle personalization kits for dealers to purchase (license
plate covers, cup holder inserts, key fobs, vinyl side graphics and
exterior emblems). Forty dollars for each kit sold will support ACS
GM
Customer Care & Aftersales will also support the program again this
year. Chevrolet Dealership service customers can elect to donate their
service rebate and Chevrolet will match donations up to $150,000.
Like
last year, Chevrolet will also team up with ACS at Southern Women’s
Shows with co-branding signage and test drives benefitting ACS. Dealers
have access to co-branded ACS/Chevy merchandise (through Cruisin’
Sports) to support their teams. Finally, the pink Camaro will once
again be the pace car for the NASCAR race in Atlanta on September 2nd.
Two hundred dollars from each caution lap the Camaro makes will support
ACS.

Legendary rock and roll band, Chicago, has once again chosen to partner with the American Cancer Society to raise funds and awareness to help end breast cancer. The third Sing with Chicago promotion will again give consumers the chance to win the ultimate VIP fan experience through an online auction benefiting the American Cancer Society. Starting in February, fans can bid to win a package that includes a meet and greet with the band, two premium tickets, backstage passes, and the opportunity to sing the song “If You Leave Me Now” on-stage with the band!

This October, dressbarn stores hold their 10th annual nationwide fall
charitable sales promotion. During the promotion, over 800 dressbarn
stores will sell "Ruby," a plush dog toy, for $6. A minimum of $2.50
from every sale will be donated to the American Cancer Society to
support local and national cancer initiatives.
Dressbarn also
conducted a spring promotion from May 1 to August 31, 2012 in which they
sold a silver bracelet at more than 800 nationwide locations. The
bracelet sold for $10, with a minimum of $5 to benefit the American
Cancer Society.

H&M has agreed to sell a special blouse, gloves, scarves, and iPhone
cases in approximately 150 US stores to benefit the American Cancer
Society. ACS will receive twenty five percent of the proceeds from the
sale of these products.

Each of the 123 Havertys locations will offer consumers the option to purchase a Making Strides pink ribbon scannable in their stores. Each store will set up a Christmas trees and decorate them pink. John Paul Mitchell will be selling a selection of pink hair care items
with the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer
logo on package. John Paul Mitchell pays a licensing fee to use the
logo on product. Items include a clipless curling iron, express ion
flatiron, two styles of hair brushes and the “Hot Off The Press” hair
care products.
During the promotion, John Paul Mitchell schools
will also participate to help raise funds for ACS. Fundraising may
include “Birthday Blow Out Specials” and Cut-a-thons. A custom
fundraising page will be created for the schools to participate and
track their progress. Company will produce significant PR around the
relationship in print, web and viral. One hundred percent of the
contributions from the fundraising efforts shall go to ACS.

Lane Bryant will contribute $.40 to ACS for every bra and limited
edition t-shirt sold during October to raise awareness and funds for
education and early detection programs. In order to help encourage the
sale of bras for the bra portion of the promotion, Lane Bryant will
execute a “bra fit event” from September 28- 30, 2012. To enhance the
contribution to the Society customers will be asked if they are willing
to “Round up” their final register purchase price, the difference will
come to ACS. Additionally, Lane Bryant will have a custom corporate
donation page for employees and consumers to make contributions to ACS,
on their behalf.

Lee Jeans will be conducting their 17th annual Lee National Denim Day (LNDD). This will be the first year that the American Cancer Society will be the beneficiary. LNDD is a casual dress promotion that allows a company’s employees to pay $5 to wear jeans to work. With the funds raised from this promotion, LNDD will fund the ACS Hope Lodges, pay-if research grants and select community screening grants. Kickoff events will be held at select Hope Lodge’s around the country in the fall of 2012 to increase awareness and support for LNDD and ACS. Over the last 16 years, LNDD has raised over $86 million for breast cancer awareness, research and education.

Longaberger will conduct their annual “Horizon of Hope” charitable sales promotion, from which $2 per signature item sold will be contributed to the American Cancer Society. Items this year included the Horizon of Hope basket, Accessories Set Basket and Medium Market Basket. Longaberger will also contribute $1 from the sale of: Horizon of Hope Ornament, Water Bottle, Sisters Stay Cool Lunch Bag and the Pink Passion Insulated Cooler.

Lowe's stores in New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland, and
Pennsylvania featured the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against
Breast Cancer® pink ribbon donation card at their registers during
October and invited customers to register for area Making Strides
events. Breast cancer awareness messaging was also posted at sign-up
stations. To date, Lowe’s has raised over $700,000 for the American
Cancer Society and the fight against breast cancer. Estimated revenue
from this promotion is projected at $150,000.

maurices will conduct its holiday promotion in which they sell a plush dog toy named “Hope the Hound” at more than 830 nationwide locations and online at maurices.com. The plush dog toy will sell for $6 with a minimum of $3 to benefit the American Cancer Society.
Maurices will also conduct “The Shop Pink. Give Hope.” campaign to promote breast cancer awareness in hopes of educating & empowering women to take charge of their own breast health. maurices has created this exclusive line of products to be sold in over 175 locations and online. In the month of October, 50% of the sales price of these items will be contributed to the American Cancer Society.

The National Football League (NFL) will conduct a breast cancer
promotion, “A Crucial Catch” to benefit the Society’s efforts to save
lives and create a world with less cancer and more birthdays. The
October 7th game in New Orleans will kick off the campaign. Efforts
include awareness activities, team participation, player PSAs and an
online auction (www.nfl.com/auction).
All NFL Auction proceeds
during the month of October will benefit the American Cancer Society and
team charities. Last year, the NFL and its players donated more than $1
million to the American Cancer Society (ACS) as a result of the 2011 A
Crucial Catch campaign.
The NFL and ACS continue to extend A
Crucial Catch to the youth and high school level again this year. With
help from USA Football, NFL will send a note to every youth and high
school football coach across the country offering suggestions and ideas
for how schools and teams can “go pink” along with the NFL and ACS to
show support for the cause.

learn more about the campaign, the youth and high school football
initiative, as well as important breast cancer detection information,
prevention tips and how to participate in their local American Cancer
Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk. The NFL has a

Against Breast Cancer.

From October 1-31, 2012, The Pampered Chef® is promoting their Help Whip
Cancer® campaign again this fall by raising funds for the Society in
two ways:
- TPC Consultants host a “Help Whip Cancer” Cooking
Show fundraiser and the Society receives a percentage of sales based on
the total amount sold.
- The Society receives $1 for every special “Help Whip Cancer” product sold
Additionally,
their consultants and customers can support ACS by joining the Pampered
Chef Making Strides National team at one of the Strides events across
the country.

Select Tanger Outlet centers across the country will make contributions
to the American Cancer Society by raising money to fight breast cancer
and save lives. The centers will sell a “25% Pink Card” savings card.

savings card that will entitle them to 25% discount on merchandise at
participating Tanger stores (one card good for one item).

During the month of October, the Taxicab, Limousine & Paratransit Association (TLPA) will be conducting its “Pink Ride”. For each participating member company, a portion of each fare in the month of October will be donated to the American Cancer Society. TLPA members will be encouraged to paint all or a portion of one or more vehicles in their fleets pink, or affix pink ribbon decals. TLPA has chosen the American Cancer Society as its national charity of choice. The program is designed to have a national collective impact, while ensuring that donated funds benefit TLPA members’ local areas of operations. Members have the option of naming their own local organizations – such as breast cancer treatment centers or hospitals – or making donations to the Society.
