H&M is giving back this October. H&M and the American Cancer Society have been partners in the fight against breast cancer since 2006. To date, we have raised nearly $1 million to support the American Cancer Society and over 4,000 H&M employees have walked in Making Strides walks across the country.
This year, customers will be encouraged to purchase from a selection of pink products, available online and in stores, of which 25% of sales during the month of October will go directly to the American Cancer Society, up to $70,000, to support its important work in the areas of breast cancer research, awareness, and patient services.
H&M stores across the country will also offer customers the opportunity to donate directly to the American Cancer Society by rounding up their purchases at the register, throughout October.
Our employees will also proudly participate in Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walks across the country, raising money with their friends and family to support to advance the Society’s work to end breast cancer.
