Nominate a Survivor for Cleveland Browns Crucial Catch

On Sunday, October 7th, the Cleveland Browns will be celebrating cancer awareness by supporting the American Cancer Society and our Making Strides Against Breast Cancer initiative as part of the "Crucial Catch" campaign.

The American Cancer Society has been invited to recognize cancer survivors for a special game day experience. If you would like to nominate a cancer survivor, fill out the information below and tell us why. The winners will be contacted on Monday, September 24 and will receive a special pregame experience for the October 7th game vs. the Baltimore Ravens.
